Shepherd’s Bush is a Drag Sheep exploring what it means to be human and all of the quirks and eccentricities that go with it. Call Shepherd’s your mutton dressed like lamb guide to understanding the human experience, with a dose of humour and silliness all jumbled together to create the most special brand of chaos. Shepherd’s Bush is the alter ego of Claudia Coelho, a proud Croydon resident. Being a queer transgender woman Claudia is acutely aware of the lack of LGBT+ safe spaces in Croydon - this drove her to be one of the forces behind Their Majesties - a LGBT+ safe space established at The Oval Tavern. Claudia has also worked to establish Queer Croydon and the Queer Arts Network. Queer Croydon exists to amplify queerness in the borough and beyond; the Queer Arts Network gives an opportunity for local queer artists to connect and shape the local community.
