Croydon Pride is led and run by volunteers who are passionate about equality, diversity and making Croydon an inclusive borough. Our volunteers generously donate their time and skills for our great cause, without which Croydon PrideFest would not be possible. Together, we organise and run London’s second largest annual Pride festival that not only celebrates Croydon’s LGBT+ community, but also give all members who identify as LGBT+ a platform to be visible and proud.
From marketing to event management and production, our volunteers help us in planning and running PrideFest – our annual flagship event that is free, inclusive and enjoyed by all – as well as our wider activities to continue our equality and diversity work year-round.
Croydon Pride welcomes people of every race and faith, disabled or able-bodied, and all sexualities and genders as well as straight and cis allies. We are diverse but we are looking to add to our diversity and are especially keen to hear from the BAME, trans, bi, non-binary and queer communications. Gender equality is always key consideration for us.
